Mittified currently ships across India. We are working to expand our reach internationally and will update our policy once international shipping is available.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • In case of high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you of any delays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
  • Made-to-Order or Bulk Orders: 7-14 business days

📌 Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 will incur a standard shipping charge based on location.
  • Any additional shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order status by visiting our Track Order page or using the link provided in your email.

6. Packaging & Handling

  • Our products are carefully packed with eco-friendly, protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
  • In case of damaged products on arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • In case of a missed delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or provide pickup options.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

Mittified is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
  • Courier service issues beyond our control.
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
