Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Mittified, every product is handcrafted from natural clay and terracotta by skilled artisans. Due to the fragile nature of these products, each order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

However, in case you face any issue with your order, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions.


Return / Replacement Window

Customers may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

Any requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


Mandatory Unboxing Proof

To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the sealed shipping box

  • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

This policy helps us protect both customers and our artisan community.


Eligible Return / Replacement Cases

Returns or replacements may be approved only in the following situations:

• Product received broken during transit
• Product received incorrect
• Product received incomplete
• Product received with a manufacturing defect

Proof (photos or videos) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Damage caused after delivery due to handling or usage
Normal variations in color, texture, shape, or finish (since all products are handcrafted)
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Claims raised without proper proof
• Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery

Terracotta products are handmade and may carry natural variations, which are not considered defects.


Return Approval Process

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

Mittified reserves the right to decline return or refund requests if the claim does not meet the policy criteria.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

• Product cannot be replaced
• Product is returned and received in original condition after approval

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.


Replacement Policy

In most cases involving damage during transit, we will provide a replacement instead of a refund.

This allows us to resolve issues faster while ensuring customers receive the product they ordered.

Important Notes

• Mittified is not responsible for damage caused due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
• Slight design, texture, and color variations are natural in handcrafted clay products.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
