Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mittified.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please send us:
- A photo of the damaged product & packaging
- Within 24 hours of delivery
We'll resolve it immediately for you!
2️⃣ Change of Heart? No Worries! 🏺
We understand that sometimes things might not fit your space as imagined. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return service within 7 days of delivery.
- Clearly mention the items you wish to return.
- If you are returning only a part of your order, please ensure only those items are handed over to the pickup agent.
3️⃣ How Returns Work (It's Easy!)
- ✅ Free doorstep pickup (No extra charges!)
- ✅ Once picked up, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of the returned items.
- ❌ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- ❌ If a previous COD order was refused at delivery, we reserve the right to deny free returns.
4️⃣ Multiple Returns? A Few Rules Apply 🚨
- We may limit return requests from the same account if multiple returns are initiated.
- We reserve the right to deny a return or charge a fee in case of frequent returns.
5️⃣ Return Item Conditions 🎨
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All original papers/tags must be included.
6️⃣ What if My Pincode is Unserviceable for Returns? 📦
We work with Delhivery & Shiprocket, but in rare cases, reverse pickup may not be available for certain pincodes. In such cases, pickup will be scheduled once the location becomes serviceable again.
7️⃣ Missing or Stolen Orders? Here’s What to Do! 🕵️♂️
While rare, if you feel your parcel has been tampered with or is missing, please:
- Take a video before opening your box for proof.
- If you receive an SMS saying ‘Delivered’ but haven’t received your order, contact us within 24 hours.
8️⃣ Shipping Delays? We’re on It! 🚚
We work with third-party couriers, so while we try our best, delays may happen. If you have a time-sensitive order, reach out to us in advance.
9️⃣ Order Cancellations ⛔
- Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 4 hours of placement.
- If an order is already packed/shipped, cancellation won’t be possible.
- ❌ COD Orders: If refused at delivery, future COD orders may be denied.
- 🛍️ Prepaid Orders: If refused, a 2-way shipping fee may be charged.

- All return requests must be approved before processing.
- Once you request a return (via email/WhatsApp), our team will respond within 48 hours.

- Once we receive your return and quality checks are cleared, you will get a store credit/voucher.
- The voucher is valid for 3 months with no usage limitations!
1️⃣3️⃣ Dispute Resolution 🏛️
We always aim for amicable solutions. However, in case of unresolved disputes, the jurisdiction will be Delhi, India.
1️⃣4️⃣ Handmade Products – A Note on Variations 🎭
Our products are artisanal and handmade, meaning slight differences in texture, color, and size are natural. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
1️⃣5️⃣ Bulk & Custom Orders 🎨
- This return policy does not apply to bulk/customized orders.
- Returns for such orders will be handled case by case.
1️⃣6️⃣ Repeated Returns 🚨
Mittified reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order.
