Delivery timeline
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Non-metro / remote: 6–9 business days
Damage claims
If an item arrives damaged, email support@mittified.com within 48 hours with an unboxing video or photos. We’ll verify and issue a replacement or refund.

Our products are handcrafted — natural variations in size, color, or texture are part of their beauty. Still, we promise fair resolution for genuine issues.
Eligible returns
- Broken or wrong items (reported within 48 hours).
